*     Reports of crime or incidents must be accurate, genuine and

timely. 

 

*     No false, malicious, unsubstantiated or harmful rumor reports

may be submitted. 

 

*     Membership can be terminated at any time, without notice by the

owner of Sun Cell Watch, if any of the rules are broken or the system is abused in any way. 

 

*     Members can terminate their membership at any time without

notice, by letting Sun Cell Watch know by email or sms

 

*     Members agree to receive special offers and advertisements from

the sponsors of Sun Cell Watch, sent by SMS. 

 

*     Members, by joining, agree to indemnify the proprietors,

management, sponsors and supporters of Sun Cell Watch from any responsibility or liability for any incident, accident, harm, damage, loss or injury arising directly or indirectly from membership of Sun Cell Watch.

       

*     It must be clearly understood that Sun Cell Watch acts merely as

a "postman" of the information that is sent out by a person to the other people via Sun Cell Watch. Sun Cell Watch is NOT a security business and does not render any security services.

       

*     Sun Cell Watch only facilitates the flow of information from

people reporting info to the people receiving the info.

       

*     Although many security companies and the police receive the

sms's, SCW does not want to create the perception that anyone receiving the info is obligated to assist in anyway, and should they do so, they do so out of their own free will and for no remuneration, reward, fee or benefit whatsoever. No member of SCW can expect anyone to assist in reaction or response as this is a function carried out by PSIRA registered security businesses and staff or the SAPS who have been appropriately trained to do so.

       

*     Sun Cell Watch is run by one person only and does not employ any
